Dubai South, one of Dubai's largest urban developments, has announced a strategic partnership with Bahria Town (BT) Holding LLC to develop an ambitious master-planned community in the city’s Golf District, near the Al Maktoum International Airport. The agreement was formalized in a signing ceremony attended by key figures, including His Excellency Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South; Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, Group CEO of BT Holding LLC; Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties; and Malik Riaz Hussain, Founder and Chairman of Bahria Town.

Speaking at the event, His Excellency Khalifa Al Zaffin highlighted the strategic significance of the project, emphasizing Dubai South’s pivotal role in attracting global investors and contributing to the UAE government’s vision of housing one million residents once Al Maktoum International Airport is fully operational.

Malik Riaz Hussain expressed Bahria Town’s enthusiasm for the partnership, citing their expertise in large-scale community developments and their commitment to delivering a world-class living experience in Dubai.

Malik Riaz Hussain noted that this project reflects Bahria Town’s commitment to sustainable, integrated community development. The sales for off-plan units in this development are expected to commence in January 2025.
